Really this should say that Roberto is Etoile at Teatro alla Scala, as Excelsior is a La Scala production and has never been done at ABT, and whilst Roberto is indeed a Principal at ABT – this ocassion was while he was dancing at Teatro alla Scala ergo it should be his La Scala title that is used.
