      Hi David, yes, you are right. This ballet piece has some “unballetic poses” (understand, please, “atypical poses” for classical ballet).

      It should be noted that Yekaterina won the 2015 Golden Mask National Theater prize in the the best ballet female part category for her interpretation of the role of Katharina.
